City Wide Electrical have just completed four office blocks in Edenvale where we were responsible for all the electrical work from design of the HT reticulation to the lighting and power in each office.   

·      One World Hospitality 

       All electrical reticulation, upgrade and connection for conversion of a warehouse to an industrial kitchen for

       catering to all Soccer World Cup venues in the Johannesburg area. 

·      Emoyeni Private Game Farm

       New generator installation

       Certificate of Compliance issued

·      African Sports Construction

        Reticulation and connection of new floodlighting at the following Soccer World cup training venues:

          Hyde Park High School

          Randburg High School

          Bekker High School (Magaliesburg)

          Laudium Sports Stadium

          Ingwenyama Sport Resort (White River) 

·         Quicksilver/Fox clothing shops - Fourways, Menlyn, Sandton, and Witbank.

INDUSTRIAL projects

            

 ·        Klipfontein Sand (Pty) Ltd –Opencast Mine (Chloorkop)

New Crusher plant: We were responsible for all the electrical on  the new plant including building of all the necessary control panels and the safety procedures (lock-out procedures).

Since the completion of the new plant City Wide Electrical has been appointed to take over responsibility of all electrical work on the mine which includes the following:

  • ·         Preventive maintenance

  • ·         Electrical safety (lock-out procedures and lock-out equipment)

  • ·         Re-labelling all electrical panels and providing the relevant diagrams

·        P.F.G. Building Glass - Springs

City Wide Electrical was tasked by W&K (a German company) to complete the new cold line at PFG. A total of over 16000 connections were made and hundreds of kilometres of cable were installed. Total value of entire project was R615 million.

·      Chargold (EnviroServ)

New plant installation , rewiring and connection of electric motors and plant machinery

·        ·    Rodio Geotechnics (Pty) Ltd - Midrand 

City Wide Electrical builds and repairs all Rodio’s panels for their equipment and does new installations over and maintains their workshops.

·     Warren’s Way Engineering – Wadeville  

Workshop maintenance and new installations

   ·       Conform Construction - Chloorkop - Kempton Park 

Maintenance and Renovation of existing electrical installation. Certificate of Compliance issued 

 

RESIDENTIAL projects

                   

·     Ebotse Golf Estate – Rynfield , Benoni 

City Wide Electrical has up to date completed 11 houses on the estate ranging in price from R2m- R11 million.

Four of the houses have been automated with complete audio, visual and lighting working from touch panels and/or remotes to control the entire house.

One of the houses was the first house in South Africa to have its audio and visual distribution to be done via a fibre-optic network.
